C&M manufactures both mechanical and molded cable assemblies using a wide variety of materials ranging from PVC to TPE to Polyurethane. The connector systems we work with are unbounded, and range from modular plugs to D-subs to heavy-duty industrial connectors. We also offer military cable assemblies using standard connector systems such as 38999 and 5015, to name only a few.

When tooling is required, C&M offers full design and manufacturing capabilities to meet your specific application. Our tool shop is a full functioning facility that at one time was a stand alone business! Our strain reliefs, junction boxes, and Y-molds, have resulted from the convergence of over 100 years of engineering experience and vast test data and customer feedback.

In addition to traditional cable assemblies, C&M offers a proprietary process, Hot Melt, that allows us to encapsulate active components as to ensure their ability to withstand the molding process and their capacity to function as you would expect!
